Captain Bud - Unite

Spreading the relaxed vibes of the South West UK surf scene Captain Bud take influences from around the world. Bands like Sublime, Slightly Stoopid, Social D and NOFX all play a heavy part in influencing Captain Bud’s sound. The Kingston dub vibes of Lee Scratch Perry, the aloha surf sounds of Jack Johnson, and of course the politically charged anger of UK punk rock can all be heard! Through these influences the band has managed to forge its distinct sound granting them their reputation as UK’s biggest surf punk-rock band.

…Unite blends catchy melodies with BBQ-like, bass-laden vibes to create a distinct Californian surf and reggae feeling toped off with energetic punk-rock parts.
